Classes and Workshops
The courses you know and love will be on offer again in term 4, with some modifications.
The children's 3:30 pm 'Mosaics' class is now a 2nd adult class, although children are still welcome to attend for a shorter period of time.
Grant Eyre's drawing class has a new name! Look for 'Drawing Practice' on the new timetable.
A number of workshops will be offered in term 4, including:
Monthly Art Expression with Krystal the 4th Sunday of the month, except December when the date will vary. Check the website for more information.
Mosaics with Erin, for unfinished projects, on the 2nd Sunday in October and November.
Drawing Group is back!

'Drawing People and Places', formerly known as Drawing from Life, is back for term 4.
Do you enjoy sketching people or places over a coffee, or would like to but feel a little self-conscious doing so by yourself?
If so, this group is for you!

The aim of this group is to enjoy a common interest in sketching in a supportive, social environment - a kind of mix of life drawing and urban sketching.
This is not a tutored class - we learn from each other as we tackle the challenges of the subjects.
The group meets at the centre, in cafés, or at urban locations in the area fortnightly on Friday from 10 am to 12 pm. Term 4 dates are: Oct 17th, Oct 31st, Nov 14th, Nov 28th, and Dec 12th.
The is a limit of 8 participants and the group will be managed through a convener. See SCAC website for details.
Creative Week
Summer Creative Workshops will be happening again in 2026!
Workshops will be January 10th to 24th, 2026. Further details should be available late Nov - early Dec 2025 so keep your eyes on the website. If you would like to run a workshop during this time, please contact the centre.
