Entry conditions for the Members Exhibition 2026
Dear Member,
You are invited to participate in our Annual Members' Art Exhibition. Add your work to our annual display of quality works this October long weekend.
The Exhibition will be open to the public on Friday 2nd of October, Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th and Monday 5th October between 10 am and 4 pm.
This is your exhibition. Please consider how you could help. Look out for the roster in the kitchen and add your name to the time and date that suits you.
Exhibition Entry Conditions:

Each adult member may enter up to e pieces of work. An entry fee of $10 for 3 or fewer works is payable upon delivery.

Children and Teens may enter 1 piece each; no entry fee is payable.

Please ensure all framed pieces are ready to hang. (See sample in the kitchen).

Please complete your entry form and return it to your Tutor or place it in the entry box in the Kitchen by Friday 19th of September.

Works may be priced to sell. A commission of 15% is payable to SCAC on all sales.
Delivery Of Your Work:

Please deliver your exhibits to the Art Centre on EITHER Tuesday 29th of September between 6.30 pm and 8 pm OR 30 September between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Each exhibit must have a completed label attached on the back, with the name of the work and price.
Picking Up Your Work:
All unsold work must be collected on Monday 5th October between 4 pm and 5 pm.
IMPORTANT DATES:
18th September: Closing of Entry forms to SCAC.
29th September: SCAC opened between 6.30 pm and 8 pm to deliver your work.
30th September: SCAC opened between 2 pm and 4 pm to deliver your work.
5th October: Pick up work from SCAC between 2 pm and 4 pm.
Please Note that S.C.A.C. does not carry insurance against damage or loss for your exhibits. Exhibitors are encouraged to organize their own insurance if they are concerned about leaving items at the Centre for the duration of the exhibition.
