In other news…

One of our own has received an award at the Braidwood ‘Airing of the Quilts’ 2025!

Congratulations to Francoise Matter for taking out first prize in the Hand Quilting division of the show. Francoise entered the wonderfully inspiring, hand embroidered and hand quilted, “Molly’s Garden” quilt.

A new group for 2026

Botanical Art and Wildlife Untutored Group

This is a friendly group of self-directed artists focused on botanical art and wildlife, using watercolours, coloured pencils and graphite. We work independently on our own projects which may take weeks to complete, but share ideas, techniques and information with each other. We would love to see you there but places are limited so be quick to enrol.

Until next time, happy creating!
