About the Course
Learn the art of mosaics witha range of materials and projects.
What you will learn:
You will learn the basic rules of andamento, how to measure values and plan out a mosaic through drawing.
Learn to cut tiles
Drawing and Planning - using drawing to learn how to mosaic.
Colours and values of tiles. Using these characteristics to make a successful project.
Attaching tiles to your substrate to make a take home project.
Creating your own individual project ( 4 weeks)

All materials are included in the price
Please wear enclosed shoes and and clothes that can get messy.
Your Instructor
Erin Hall
Erin Hall has been working with Mosaics for 10 years and in that time, she has trained locally with Caitlin from Hepworth Studios. She has studied internationally via Mosaics Arts Online and attended many symposiums on Mosaics. She has a Certificate 3 in Design Fundamentals and a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment that she has used in her working life as a Sustainable Living Educator. She has a Working with Children’s Check, current first aid training and experience with neurodiversity.
She has over the past three years, taught kids classes and adults classes for the Hepworth Studios in Woodford.
