About the Course
Session One Plan your project by drawing and measuring the tiles onto paper. Learn how to cut tiles and how to lay them using techniques used in mosaics.
Then transfer and glue the tiles to the board in the second hour.
Session two Grout session. Check all your tiles are stuck down firmly and begin to grout your work. The second session is 2-3pm wear clothes that can get dirty or wear an apron.
This can also be a take home pack if you want to do it that way.
Other Information
Children will need to wear enclosed footwear and be able to wear safety glasses (provided).

Your Instructor
Erin Hall
Erin Hall has been working with Mosaics for 10 years and in that time, she has trained locally with Caitlin from Hepworth Studios. She have studied internationally via Mosaics Arts Online and attended many symposiums on Mosaics. She has a Certificate 3 in Design Fundamentals and a Statement of Attainment in drawing techniques and have a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment that I have used in my working life delivering training to Bushcare Volunteers. I have a working withy children’s check, current first aid training.
She has over the past three years, taught kids and adults’ classes for the Hepworth Studios in Woodford.
